3.1 Cancellation by TripBromoIjen: Full refunds will be issued in the event that TripBromoIjen cancels the tour prior to departure, excluding instances of force majeure (refer to Section 5).

3.2 Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made on the day of departure are strictly non-refundable.

4.1 Mid-Tour Cancellation: No refunds will be provided should a guest choose to terminate the tour prematurely for any reason after it has commenced.

4.2 Force Majeure Events: In the event of natural disasters (e.g., landslides, earthquakes) occurring after the tour has begun, TripBromoIjen will endeavor to provide safe and reasonable alternative solutions. However, no refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

4.3 Weather-Related Issues: Mountain environments, specifically Mount Bromo and Mount Ijen, are inherently unpredictable. Tours operate strictly on a rain-or-shine basis. No refunds or discounts will be granted due to poor visibility or other weather-related impacts on the overall experience.

4.4 Customer Acknowledgment: By confirming a booking, guests assume all inherent risks associated with outdoor excursions, including adverse and uncontrollable weather conditions.
